Eric J. Daniels, 28, of 905 Willow St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:53 p.m. on warrants charging him with probation violation and an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of speeding and possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Alfonso Garcia, 56, of 2602 Lake Palourde Road, Lot 13, Amelia, Rigoberto Flores, 43, of 10671 La. 182, Amelia, and Gabrial Aremas, 30, of 100 Martin Lane, Amelia, were arrested Sunday at 10:09 a.m. Garcia was charged with aggravated assault, Flores was charged with simple battery and Aremas was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Garcia was held on $1,000 bond, Flores on $500 bond and Aremas was released on a summons.
Woodley J. Duhon III, 33, of 214 Cane Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:10 p.m. on charges of domestic battery, aggravated assault and cruelty to a juvenile. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Victoria Burrell, 25, of Baldwin, Saturday at 11:50 p.m. on a warrant charging her with criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Shannon Zeringue, 38, of Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 2:22 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery. No bond was set.
Don Brown, 28, of Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 3:25 a.m. on charges of domestic battery and resisting arrest. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Lequan Bowie, 29, of Hanson Street, Franklin, Friday at 10:34 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft and a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear for arraignment. He was released from local custody on $1,000 local bond and then turned over to Lafayette authorities.
Edwin Anthony Young Jr., 32, of Mary Garrett Street, Charenton, was arrested Friday at 10:56 a.m. on a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released to Lafayette authorities.
Nettie Willis, 21, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:05 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.
Connie Lynn Jennings, 42, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:25 p.m. on a warrant charging her with sixth-offense theft of goods. No bond was set.
Latisha D. Drexler, 31, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:01 p.m. on an Avoyelles Parish warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a $221 fine.
Jernell Payne, 34, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:47 a.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic battery. No bond was set.
Charles Joseph Jr., 46, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 10:50 a.m. on an Iberia Parish failure to appear warrant. He was held on $400 bond.
