Ribbon-cutting for Cajun Treasures Boutique

Owners Cary and April McConathy cut the ribbon Tuesday to mark the opening of Cajun Treasures Boutique, 6310 La. 182 East in Morgan City. The store, located in the old Lirette Ford building, offers women's and children's clothes, plus size clothing, shoes, purses, and craft items by local vendors. Joining the owners and their daughter Kera on Tuesday were St. Mary Assessor Jarrod Longman, St. Mary Chamber President Beth Chiasson and members of the Chamber board and staff. The grand opening for Cajun Treasures Boutique will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
