David Allain’s family, friends and former colleagues with the Port of W. St. Mary joined Dr. Vincent June and members of the SLCC team in Baldwin on Monday, Dec. 11. The building, which was opened in March, has been renamed in honor of the late David Allain who was instrumental in bringing the project to fruition.
